TRANSFORMADORES CDM LTDA, registered by public deed on March 1, 1988 with effort and engineering technique from Norte de Santander at the service of the country; began operations with the manufacturing, repair, rebuilding, and maintenance of distribution and medium-power transformers.
In October 1999, it certified the quality assurance system for the first time, in accordance with ISO 9001 standard, by Bureau Veritas Quality International.
In October 2005, TRANSFORMADORES CDM LTDA registered for the first time in the Evaluation Registry of Occupational Health and Environment programs for Contractors, in order to achieve together with the operating companies in the sector the harmonious development of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Protection.
In February 2010, certification was obtained in Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with the requirements of ISO-9001:2008 standards; Quality Management System, ISO-14001:2004; Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007; Occupational Health and Safety Management System, with ICONTEC.
In 2019, it made the transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001, updating our occupational health and safety management system to the latest international standard.
On the other hand, in December 2019, SGS granted the product conformity certificate for the manufacturing of distribution transformers.
We began the manufacturing and commercialization of distribution transformers, expanding our portfolio, to serve the national market.
